PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set output characteristics so as not to be dispersed for each product in a sensor output setting method of a valve angle sensor.SOLUTION: A sensor output setting method includes a storage step for storing an actual measured value of a valve angle in a mechanism full open position as an actual full open valve angle, a first setting step for setting an output value in a mechanism full close position, and a second setting step for setting an output value in the actual full open valve angle. Thus, output characteristics can be set to ideal characteristics without being influenced by dispersion of an actual angle in the mechanism full open position. Accordingly, reliability of the output value from a valve angle sensor is improved, and a valve opening can be accurately controlled. |
