PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating radiation-contaminated soil capable of rationally performing management, treatment, disposal, when soil, vegetation and the like around the outside of an atomic power plant are contaminated by radiation due to an accident or the like at the atomic power plant.SOLUTION: A method for treating radiation-contaminated soil in the outside of a radiation-controlled area such as an atomic power plant comprises the steps of: sorting the radiation-contaminated soil into different contamination levels; and applying treatment or disposal for reducing radioactivity concentration in accordance with the sorted contamination levels. |
