PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer diameter measurement device capable of accurately measuring the outer diameter of piping in a short period of time.SOLUTION: The outer diameter measurement device includes: a first semi-cylindrical member; a second semi-cylindrical member enclosing the circumference of cylindrical piping together with the first semi-cylindrical member; first and second sensors arranged on the inner front surface of the first semi-cylindrical member and measuring a distance to the outer front surface of the piping; and third and fourth sensors which are arranged on the inner front surface of the second semi-cylindrical member so as to respectively face the first and second sensors via the piping when the first and second semi-cylindrical members enclose the circumference of the piping, and measuring a distance to the outer front surface of the piping.
