<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-liquid injection machine wherein an anti-leak measure has been administered.SOLUTION: The provided mixing mechanism 20 comprises a valve box 21, a valve body 22, a valve actuator 24, a mixing block 25, a screw 26, and a screw rotating mechanism 27. The entirety of the mixing mechanism 20 is supported on an injection cylinder 12 by fixing the valve box 21 to the injection cylinder 12. Even if the injection cylinder expands/contracts due to a temperature variation, the mixing mechanism 20 moves together with the injection cylinder 12. In other words, there is no possibility of leakage of the mixed materials since no gaps are generated within the mixing mechanism 20.</p> |
