摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high-strength sintered component with stable quality by sufficiently increasing a cooling rate after heating without lengthening a sintering zone in sinter hardening using a continuous sintering furnace.SOLUTION: Trays T each storing a workpiece are sequentially led into a degassing zone 1, a preheating zone 2, a heating zone 3, and a cooling zone 4 to continuously perform sintering and hardening. A door 9 is installed between the heating zone 3 and the cooling zone 4 to block the flow of heat from the heating zone 3 to the cooling zone 4 by the door 9. Feed rollers 7 are installed to convey the trays T and sintering and hardening are performed while controlling a tray conveying rate in the cooling zone 4 so that it is higher than that in the heating zone 3 and that a cooling rate of 3°C/sec or more is obtained.</p>
