The present invention relates to a wastewater apparatus for a coal ash pond of a thermo power plant, which comprises a filter tank for receiving ash-treated water including coal ash, precipitating sludge, separating and discharging sludge; a filtering bath filtering floats included in the ash-treated water with the sludge removed in the filter tank; and an acidity adjustment tank for neutralizing the ash-treated water with floats removed in the filtering bath, wherein the filter tank, the filtering bath and the acidity adjustment tank are connected to successively overflow the ash-treated water. Contrary to the conventional technology, the present invention can treat SS and pH to become under the legally allowable value by passing wastewater including coal ash, which has been used as fuel of a thermo power plant and disposed, through a functional filter tank, a gravity flow fiber filter (GFF) and a pH adjustment tank, as an ash-treated water treatment facility for emergency discharge is installed in order to secure a stable operation of ash ponds and a bank soundness due to increase of the reclamation volume within ash ponds, and a stable operation of a power generation facility through a stable treatment and discharge of inflow water in case of severe rain storms is required. |
