<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guideline for solving a problem of determining which cell of a plurality of existing power cells is suitable for being connected to a power cell to be newly provided in a power network.SOLUTION: When a power cell is added to a power network system, the new power cell is connected to one or more power cells configuring the power network. When surplus power of the new power cell is larger than 0 in connecting the new power cell, a power cell having surplus power smaller than 0 of the power cells configuring the power network is made to be a connection partner of the new power cell. When the surplus power of the new power cell is smaller than 0, a power cell having surplus power larger than 0 of the power cells configuring the power network is made to be a connection partner of the new power cell.</p> |
