PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physiology data storage device, a control method thereof and a physiology data sharing system, capable of enhancing the accuracy of physiology data shared at different places.SOLUTION: A physiology data storage device includes: a storage part; a receiving part; a correction part; and a transmitting part. The storage part stores physiology data of an analyte measured by a measuring device disposed at a first place and a first geographic condition related to the first place in association with each other. The receiving part receives, from a reference device disposed at a second place, an acquisition request for the physiology data including a second geographic condition related to the second place. The correction part corrects an error caused in the physiology data depending on a difference in geographic condition on the basis of the first geographic condition and the second geographic condition when the acquisition request is received by the receiving part. The transmitting part transmits the physiology data corrected by the correction part to the reference device.
