<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stable communication by effectively utilizing a frequency band used for communication to increase the system throughput with a terminal travelling at a high speed.SOLUTION: A base station apparatus 100 performs communication with terminals using any of plural frequency blocks. The base station apparatus 100 includes: a power calculation section 116 that calculates Doppler spectrum from signals transmitted from the terminals; and a scheduling section 122 that allots the terminals to any of plural frequency blocks according to the expansion width of the Doppler spectrum.</p> |
