PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery which can prevent temperature rise in a container, and can ensure safe operation.SOLUTION: In the controller 10 of a secondary battery system 1 including a plurality of secondary batteries 3 provided in a container C1 the room temperature of which is adjusted by an air conditioner 11, the secondary battery system 1 is stopped when the temperature information, i.e., the room temperature of the container C1 or the surface temperature of a secondary battery 3 constituting the secondary battery system 1, becomes equal to or higher than a first threshold. Thereafter, when abnormality is not detected in the operation of the secondary battery system 1 and the temperature information becomes equal to or higher than a second threshold, a damper 8 for taking in the outside air from the outside of the container C1 is brought into open state, and the outside air is taken in. |
