PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a nurse to perform a nursing work based on an order without difficulty even when a change instruction of the order is issued from a doctor.SOLUTION: The nursing work management system includes: a time determination part 16 for determining whether or not a difference between the execution scheduled time of a nursing action by an order instructed to be changed and the current time is shorter than the minimally required preparation time until reaching the nursing action when a change instruction of the order scheduled to be executed of a nursing work is issued; and an alarm generation part 17 for generating an alarm when the difference is determined to be shorter. When a change instruction of the order is issued from the doctor, the review of the change is urged so that an unreasonable change of the order can be avoided as much as possible by issuing an alarm in the case where the minimally required preparation time cannot be secured to perform the nursing action before the execution scheduled time of the nursing action instructed by the order after changed. |
