PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a part of possible translation omission in an original sentence when creating a bilingual sentence by editing a translation sentence.SOLUTION: A morphological analysis is executed to an edition character string, and a first morpheme string corresponding to the character string inserted in the edition and a second morpheme string corresponding to the character string deleted in the edition are generated. Next, while referring to a synonym dictionary, a synonym expansion is performed to each of the morphemes included in the first morpheme string and the second morpheme string, and a synonym is written in parallel to the morpheme having a synonym. Subsequently, association is performed between each of the morphemes in the first morpheme string and each of the morphemes in the second morpheme string. Then, the morpheme not included in the first morpheme string but only included in the second morpheme string is detected as a differential morpheme. Furthermore, a bilingual dictionary search is performed for the detected differential morpheme while referring to the bilingual dictionary, and a notation in the original language of the differential morpheme is acquired. Subsequently, the notation in the original language is collated with the sentence in the original language, and the word in the sentence in the original language corresponding to the notation in the original language is specified as a translation omission candidate. |
