<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a flow volume flowing in a tube body by using fluorine resin mixed with carbon resin for the tube body.SOLUTION: A pair of ultrasonic transceivers 2a, 2b are disposed at positions in an upstream side and a downstream side of a tube body 1 in which a fluid F to be measured flows. PFA (tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer), mixed with carbon fibers to reduce a linear expansion coefficient is used for the tube body 1. The use of such tube body 1, which is hardly deformed even if the temperature of the fluid F is high, can prevent lowering of measurement accuracy.</p> |
