PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably and easily select a typical image and create teacher data.SOLUTION: A plurality of image groups are acquired by including images which are determined to be similar to each other based on a plurality of types of feature quantity values in a same image group while using a prescribed determination standard in grouping processing. A plurality of representative values are derived for the plurality of types of feature amounts in the images included in respective image groups. In the plurality of images treating the plurality of representative values as one image which has the plurality of representative values as the plurality of types of feature values, grouping processing for the images included in each image group is repeated while easing the determination standard and a plurality of new image groups are acquired. An image 721 included in an image group corresponding to a rectangular graphic 711 selected by an operator is displayed on a display. Thus, the operator is capable of easily grasping an inclination in grouping or suitability or unsuitability and selection of a typical image or creation of the teacher data can be carried out suitably and easily.
