PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an importance prediction device etc. determining appropriate alarm importance associated with an alarm content.SOLUTION: An importance prediction device includes: a route change determination unit for generating route change information when a route is changed in a network and alarm route change information including an alarm currently generated at the route change. The importance prediction device includes: on receipt of a new alarm from an occurrence prediction device, a receiver unit for searching alarm route change information corresponding to the alarm; and a prediction unit for predicting an amount of traffic of a route after the change, on the basis of an amount of traffic of a route before the change. Further, the importance prediction device includes: a calculation unit for calculating a fatal degree in a network, on the basis of a ratio of the predicted amount of traffic of the route after the change exceeding a predetermined amount of tolerance; and a determination unit for determining alarm importance related to a received alarm corresponding to an influence degree based on the fatal degree. |
