PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display screen lock release method and its system capable of preventing the lock of a display screen from being released when a touch type display panel is erroneously brought into contact with another article, and providing an interesting operation experience to a user.SOLUTION: A display screen lock release method includes: a display step of displaying an unlock response screen including preliminarily set questions on the touch panel of electronic equipment; a reception step of receiving answers input by a user; a determination step of determining whether or not the answers input by the user are correct, and for, when those answers are correct, releasing the display screen of the electronic equipment from a lock state, and for, when the answers input by the user are not correct, returning to the display step without releasing the display screen of the electronic equipment from the lock state; and an unlock step of releasing the display screen of the electronic equipment from the lock state. |
