PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow propriety determination of erasing an image on a sheet fed for erasing to be executed with the date as a reference.SOLUTION: With a printed sheet, on which an image of original information and erasure control information is printed with erasable color material, defined as an erasure processing object, an erasing apparatus erases the original information and the erasure control information at least including calendar information by an erasure unit and comprises a control information reading unit for reading the erasure control information of the printed sheet conveyed to a reading position, and an erasure propriety determination unit for determining whether or not an image printed on the printed sheet is erased on the basis of the calender information of the erasure control information read by the control information reading unit. |
