PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic information system preventing image deterioration and frame dropping.SOLUTION: A medical image information system includes: a terminal device connected to the system via a network; and a medical image server performing image processing on the basis of requirement from the terminal device and transmitting the result to the terminal device. The medical image server includes: a medical image storage part where medical images are stored; a connection status detecting part for detecting a connection status with the terminal device; a slowing-down determination part for determining setting items relating to wait processing for making frame transmission timing on an execution screen slow down on the basis of the information on the connection status detected by the connection status detecting part; and a slowing-down processing part for performing the wait processing for slowing down the timing for frame transmission of the medical image on the basis of the setting items to transmit the medical image to the terminal device.
