<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a reprocessing of a thread cutting cycle for processing according to a screw thread phase initially scheduled.SOLUTION: The numerical control device includes a function of repeating an action by which the tool synchronized with a rotation of a main shaft is made to relatively move in a work axis direction for a work mounted on a chuck of the machine, and after removing once the work from the chuck during a thread cutting processing for performing thread cutting, performs a function for mounting the work on the chuck and reprocessing the thread. The numerical control device measures a position in a feeding axis direction and a notch axis direction of the thread before reprocessing in a state that the work is mounted on the chuck of the machine by the measuring processing of a thread groove, calculates the number of times of cutting for calculating the number of times of thread cutting from the position of the measured feeding axis direction and notch axis direction (SB01), calculates a shift amountθof the phase of the thread from the calculated number of times of cutting (SB02), positions the work or the tool using the number of times of cutting and the shift amount of the phase, and performs the reprocessing of the thread.</p> |
