<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for identifying an opening and closing operation of a palm which identifies an operation of opening and closing or closing and opening of the palm by image processing.SOLUTION: A method comprises the steps of: acquiring a plurality of images in chronological order; dividing a shape image of a palm from the plurality of images; extracting features by extracting the plurality of features representing a plurality of forms of the palm from each shape image of the plurality of palms, where each feature having monotonous characteristics such as gradual increase or gradual decrease of a value from viewing a value change process in an opening and closing operation of the palm; calculating a maximum difference feature vector; and determining, among the plurality of images, whether an opening operation and a closing operation of the palm exits or whether the opening and closing operation of the palm does not exist on the basis of the maximum difference feature vector.</p> |
