PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming liquid composition containing a substance having excellent foaming activity or foam maintaining activity by finding out, from safe natural products, the substance and, especially one that exerts excellent foaming action or foam-maintaining action even in a composition containing a highly polar polyol at a high concentration.SOLUTION: A foaming liquid composition contains a polyol of which IOB is 2.2-5.0 and a foaming agent, where the content of the polyol is 0.5-3 mol/L and the foaming agent is an extract of Quillaja. Preferably, the polyol is one or more selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol and glycerin. |
