PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration structure, rotary weight, and clock having many colors.SOLUTION: The decoration structure includes: a base material 202; a ground layer 204 that is formed on the base material 202 and has a plurality of recesses 208 arranged in a regular arrangement; and a titanium layer 206 that is formed on the ground layer 204, and has a titanium oxide film 22 on the surface on the opposite side to the side having the ground layer 204. The oxide film 22 has a structure deformation part 22a whose structure is deformed in the regular arrangement. |
