PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration structure, rotary weight, and clock capable of developing a stable interference color while reducing the amount of unnecessary titanium material.SOLUTION: The decoration structure includes: a base material 202; a ground layer 204 that is formed on the base material and has a fine opening 208; and a titanium layer 206 that is formed on the ground layer, and has titanium or titanium oxide film 22 on the surface on the opposite side to the side having the ground layer. The titanium layer has a buried part 206a buried in the fine opening. |
