PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide plate in which thickness and performance are easily adjusted and a floor plate for a turnout in which the slide plate is used.SOLUTION: A slide plate 3 includes: a back member 31 composed of a steel plate or the like; a punching metal 32 disposed on the back member 31; and a metallic powder sinter layer 33 formed on a top face 310 of the back member 31 so as to cover the punching metal 32. The metallic powder sinter layer 33 is formed by sintering and rolling alloy powder for sinter, and is impregnated with lubricating resin by heating and melting. The metallic powder sinter layer 33 formed on a metal portion 321 of the punching metal 32 is compressed by high pressure so that the sinter density is high, thus excellent in impact resistance, load bearing, and wear resistance. On the other hand, the metallic powder sinter layer 33 formed in a space part 322 of the punching metal 32 is compressed by low pressure so that the sinter density is low and the impregnation rate of the lubricity resin is high, thus excellent in lubricity. |
