PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating system that can improve a degree of design freedom.SOLUTION: A power generating system 1 comprises: a gas turbine system 10 including a compression part 11 that compresses air Ag to generate compressed air Ac, a combustion part 14 that generates combustion gas G from the compressed air generated by the compression part and fuel Fg, and a turbine part 15 that is rotated by the combustion gas generated by the combustion part; and a fuel cell system 20 that generates power by using intermediate compressed air Ai extracted from a first intermediate stage in a boosting process of the compression part and fuel Fc for cells. |
