The present invention relates to an organic light emission device capable of blocking an external light and especially, to a method for manufacturing a phase difference plate for an organic light emitting device. The present invention is characterized by forming a phase difference plate of a circular polarizer coated with a phase difference layer having a phase delay value of 1/4 lambda or 1/2 lambda different from the phase delay of the substrate on the substrate having a phase delay value of 1/4 lambda or 1/2 lambda. Through this, the method can reduce thickness of the phase difference plate and also blocks same external light as a general circular polarizer, and thus it is possible to form a thinner device rather than an OLED having a general circular polarizer. Also, manufacturing costs can be saved, and brightness reduction can be minimized because the loss of light can be reduced by an adhesive layer. |
