摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing soy source and, more specifically, to a soy source producing method which includes the following steps of: producing beef broth by boiling and brewing a bone from which blood is removed; producing fruit juice by brewing apples and jujubes; producing vegetable juice by brewing garlic, kelp, onion, ginseng, and ginger; producing a soy sauce mixture by putting the beef broth, the fruit juice, and the vegetable juice which are produced in the forementioned steps into soy sauce and mixing cooking sugar with the mixture; sealing and maturing in a cool place after boiling the soy sauce mixture and then cooling down; and mixing vinegar with the matured soy sauce mixture.
