<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document data management method for sharply reducing postage or the like to send documents to a transaction destination, and for generating an official document corresponding to an e-document law, and for referring to the documents anytime within a legal period determined by a national tax collection law.SOLUTION: The document data management method comprises: a step S2 where a customer uploads document data to a document data management server; a step S7 where the document data are generated as a PDF file by a document data management server; a step S8 where a time stamp is applied to the PDF file by the document data management server; a step S11 where a transaction destination terminal is notified that the PDF file applied with the time stamp has been generated by the document data management server; and a step S15 where the customer and/or the transaction destination refers to the PDF file applied with the time stamp.</p> |
