The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition using citron seeds and lemons and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition which has an excellent antioxidant activity and an antibacterial activity and improves skin by using citron seeds which are generated as a byproduct when processing a citron, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The cosmetic composition using citron seeds and lemons, provided by the present invention, includes a complex extract which is extracted at room temperature of 1-15°C as an active ingredient by dipping a lemon piece in a citron seed extract. |
