PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid silicone rubber coating agent composition providing cured coating excellent in low combustion rate property defined by FMVSS-302 even when the coating amount to a raw fabric is small, and to provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a liquid silicone rubber coating agent composition for a curtain air bag containing (A) an alkenyl group-containing organo polysiloxane of which heating loss after heating at 150°C for 3 hours is controlled at 1.0 mass% or less, (B) a three-dimensional network organo polysiloxane resin, (C) silica fine powder, (D) a silica surface treatment agent, (E) water, (F) organo hydrogen polysiloxane, (G) an addition reaction catalyst and (H) an adhesiveness addition functional group-containing organic silicon compound, having processes of [i] mixing all of a part of (A), (C), (D) and (E) at less than 130°C, [ii] heating treatment of the above mixture at 130 to 200°C, [iii] mixing a total amount of residue of (A), (B) and all amount of (F) to (H) with the above mixture. |
