PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a renovation pipe by adjusting the tilt to conform to the shaft center of an existing pipe corresponding to the bent portion or the like of the existing pipe.SOLUTION: A pipe manufacturing device 2 includes: a forming frame 3 having a peripheral length corresponding to the peripheral length of a renovation pipe to be manufactured; a plurality of guide rollers 4, each of which is rotatably supported by a forming frame 3; a joint mechanism 5 disposed at the forming frame 3, which has a pinch roller and joins the junctions of neighboring belt-like members to each other; and a restriction frame 6 disposed inside the forming frame 3, which has a guide groove corresponding to the cross sectional shape of an existing pipe and restricts the circumferential movement of the forming frame 3. The pipe manufacturing device 2 is provided with a dolly 10 having a support member 15 for supporting the pipe manufacturing device 2 and an adjustment mechanism 16 for adjusting the tilt of the pipe manufacturing device 2, which can be moved in the existing pipe. The tilt of the pipe manufacturing device 2 supported by the dolly 10 through the support member 15 is adjusted through the adjustment mechanism 16. |
