The present invention relates to a transmission-type X-ray target and a radiation generating tube including the same. The transmission-type X-ray target according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a plate-type diamond substrate which has a first surface and a second surface facing the first surface; and a target layer which is located on the first surface. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the residual stress of the first substrate is lower than that of the second substrate. |
