PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent resin composition that is highly practicable and exhibits stably excellent oxygen-absorbing ability.SOLUTION: The oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent resin composition comprises: an oxygen-absorbing polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of -20°C to 10°C (A), a saturated polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of -10°C or lower (B), an isocyanate hardening agent (C) and a transition metal catalyst (D).
