The present invention relates to an initial data management method of a NAND flash memory. The initial data management method comprises the steps of: scanning all the area of the NAND flash memory and generating a bad block exchange table when a product where the NAND flash memory with recorded initial data is firstly booted; and managing a run-time bad block using the bad block exchange table, wherein the initial data is recorded at the NAND flash memory in a bad block skip manner. |
