PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confine an area to be incised such that the area is minimized as much as possible and to have a user intuitively and easily confirm differences between the progress of a surgery and a preoperative plan, when the surgery is being navigated.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus comprises: an X-ray radiography control unit 73 for generating X-ray image data of a subject; a preoperative volume generation unit 76 for aligning the subject's prestored volume data with the X-ray image data; an intraoperative volume generation unit 78 for combining three-dimensional position information of at least one of a surgical instrument and an implant with the preoperative volume data to differentiate an already cut region in an area to be cut; a difference processing unit 79 for differentiating the already cut region from a planned cutting area to generate a region remaining to be cut; a combined volume generation unit 80 for combining the region remaining to be cut with the intraoperative volume data to generate combined volume data; and a navigation information presentation unit 81 for generating in a required line-of-sight direction an image on the basis of the combined volume data and for displaying the image. |
