The present invention relates to a method for identifying Xanthomonas campestris pv. nigromaculans and, more specifically, to a method for identifying Xanthomonas campestris pv. nigromaculans by confirming the base of 23S rRNA that is separated from a sample. By means of the method for identifying Xanthomonas campestris pv. nigromaculans of the present invention and a probe for identifying Xanthomonas campestris pv. nigromaculans, Xanthomonas campestris pv. nigromaculans can be effectively identified from Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris. |
