The present invention relates to a toilet seat for facilitating defecation. According to the present invention, the hip and femoral region of a user are settled on the toilet seat for facilitating defecation, wherein the toilet seat is mounted on the closet seat of a toilet bowl, and comprises: a main body part on which the hip and femoral region of the user are settled; and a femoral region settling part formed at the front side of the main body part, and having a height which becomes higher forwards from the toilet seat in order to support the femoral region of the user upwards. According to the present invention, the femoral region settling part having the height which becomes higher forwards from the main body part in order to support the femoral region of the user upwards is formed at the front side of the main body part so that the user crouches down, the rectum and anal muscle are stimulated, and the defecation is facilitated. |
