The present invention relates to a meat roaster capable of roasting meat using charcoal fire or gas and electricity and, more particularly, to a dust collector for a meat roaster comprising: a cover having an inlet connectable to an outlet provided on a bottom surface or a side surface of the meat roaster; a fan cover having an upper part coupled to the cover, and having an outlet connectable to an exhaust pipe for discharging, to the outside, smoke flowing into the inside through the inlet; a cylindrical filter having a large number of small filter holes penetrated therethrough around the cylindrical circumference, having a center mounted to a bearing housing with a bearing where a lower end of a fan shaft is axially provided, having a bottom surface with a bracket which has a proper length and is provided with a predetermined height of a gap from the bottom surface of the fan cover, and having an upper part completely open; a cylindrical fan having a center mounted to the fan shaft longer than the height of wings, and having the wings which have a plurality of filter holes and are provided at constant angles towards the center at regular intervals along a circular direction; and a disc wheel having a center with a suction hole, having an upper part with a bridge, and having a bearing housing mounted thereon, wherein a bearing where an upper end of the fan shaft is axially provided is coupled to the bearing housing. Thus, the dust collector for a meat roaster can filter grease, dust and odor included in smoke in a process of compulsively discharging the smoke generated in the meat roaster, thereby emitting clear air. |
