PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety control system having flexibility corresponding to a supposed method of use by a user while assuming security of safety.SOLUTION: A control system 100 includes: output circuits 121-124; contactors 21-24; a sensor 16; a control part 11; and a power cut-off part 13. The contactors 21-24 are respectively held at a continuity state during a period of receiving output signals from the output circuits. The power cut-off part 13 cuts off power supply to the output circuits 121-124. When detecting abnormality of a certain output circuit, the control part 11 has first and second stop modes. In the first stop mode, the control part 11 stops output of an output signal from the output circuit corresponding to the detection result and permits the output circuits excluding the abnormal output circuit to output output-signals. In the second stop mode, the control part 11 controls the power cut-off part 13 so as to collectively cut off power supply to the output circuits 121-124.
