PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service reservation system achievable at one store for informing a person who made a reservation that preparation of service provision has been completed without making the person reserving the service provision stand by near the store.SOLUTION: A provision expected time calculation unit calculates service provision expected time for a reservation candidate. A short-range radio antenna sends service provision expected time information calculated by the provision expected time calculation unit. Communication to the person who made the reservation for informing the face that the service provision preparation has been completed is carried out via a network line. |
