<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a humidifier which supplies water to an upper part of a porous humidification material and inhibits condensation of the water filling the porous humidification material thereby maintaining cleanliness of the porous humidification material.SOLUTION: A humidifier includes: a porous humidification material 1 installed in an air channel in which air flows; water supply means (a water supply pipeline 2, a water supply nozzle 3, and a water supply amount adjustment part 4) which supplies water to an upper part of the porous humidification material 1; a pair of lead wires 7; porous resins 6 attached to tips of the pair of lead wires 7 and contacting with the porous humidification material 1, each of the porous resins 6 disposed between the lid wire 7 and the porous humidification material 1; a humidification material state detection part 8 which detects the state of water in the porous humidification material 1 on the basis of a value of a current flowing through the lead wires 7 when a voltage is applied to the pair of lead wires 7; and a water supply control part 5 which controls a water supply amount of the water supply means on the basis of a detection result of the humidification material state detection part 8.</p> |
