<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high definition, high luminance, and long product service life of an organic electroluminescent display device.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent display device comprises an element substrate, an organic film, and an organic electroluminescent light-emitting element formed on the organic film. The organic electroluminescent light-emitting element comprises an anode formed on the organic film, a light-emitting layer formed on the anode, and a cathode formed on the light-emitting layer. The anode comprises an adhesion layer formed so as to come into contact with an upper surface of the organic film and including at least one of titanium and titanium nitride, a reflective layer formed so as to come into contact with an upper surface of the adhesion layer and composed of silver, and a transparent contact layer formed on the reflective layer. An end of an outer periphery of the adhesion layer is located on the outer side than an end of an outer periphery of the reflective layer in a plan view.</p> |
