<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on a wireless base station eNB managing a macro cell while decreasing the delay in radio configuration processing caused by the communication via a backhaul.SOLUTION: In a mobile communication system, a wireless base station eNB#1 performs resource allocation in a small cell; each of mobile stations UE establishes an RRC connection with the wireless base station eNB#1 but no RRC connections with a wireless base station eNB#10; the wireless base station eNB#10 exchanges information with the wireless base station eNB#1, regarding resources in the small cell, over an X2 connection; and a mobility management node MME manages, for each mobile station UE, an S1 connection with the wireless base station eNB#10 in addition to an S1 connection with the wireless base station eNB#1.</p> |
