<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-ply heat-insulating fabric.SOLUTION: A three-ply heat-insulating fabric includes: warp yarns including surface-layer warp yarns, second-layer warp yarns and binding warp yarns; and weft yarns including surface-layer weft yarns, second-layer weft yarns and embedded weft yarns. The surface-layer weft yarns and the second-layer weft yarns are bound with the binding warp yarns to form binding lines. The three-ply heat-insulating fabric is woven by two-ply weaving so that a surface-layer fabric and a second-layer fabric are formed based on each binding line. The embedded weft yarns are located between the surface-layer fabric and the second-layer fabric. Embedded warp yarns are further provided so as to be diagonal to the embedded weft yarns located in a hollow place formed between the surface-layer fabric and the second-layer fabric. The embedded weft yarns and the embedded warp yarns form nonwoven bulkiness-keeping parts near the binding lines. A plain weave part is located in the hollow place being inside one of the bulkiness-keeping parts and the other of the bulkiness-keeping parts. Thus, the three-ply heat-insulating fabric is formed of a three-ply woven fabric including the surface-layer fabric, the plain weave part and the second-layer fabric.</p> |
