<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input/output device capable of preventing an erroneous output due to the soft error of an SRAM.SOLUTION: The input/output device includes: a plurality of SRAM 6a and 6b for receiving the same data from a CPU 5; a plurality of flip flops 7a and 7b for storing the data of the plurality of SRAM 6a and 6b; and a comparison circuit part 8 for comparing the data stored in the plurality of flip flops 7a and 7b, and for, when those data are coincident, allowing a holding part 8a to hold the data, and for outputting the data, and for, when those data are not coincident, outputting the previous value data held by the holding part 8a.</p> |
