The present invention relates to a technology capable of increasing the usage time of a battery cell by entirely or individually controlling the charging or discharging of a multi-battery cell using LC serial resonance in a module of a multi-battery cell structure. For the purpose mentioned above, the present invention includes: a battery module which includes a plurality of battery cells which are serially connected; a serial resonant circuit which performs a serial resonant function by including an inductor and a capacitor which are serially connected; and first to third switch units which set a supply energy path and a recovery electric energy path between the battery module and the serial resonant circuit.
