摘要 The present invention relates to an energy storage and conversion system with a DC distribution function, and an operation method thereof. The energy storage and conversion system comprises a system interconnection inverter (100) for connection with a system; a step-up converter (200) which controls power developed in new renewable energy; a step-down converter (300) for direct distribution; a bidirectional converter (400) for charging and discharging an energy storage device; and a control unit (500) which applies power to a direct current load with the new renewable energy if the power amount stored in the energy storage device is equal to or over a predetermined standard, and controls to apply the new renewable energy only to the direct current load if the power amount stored in the energy storage device is less than or equal to the predetermined standard. According to the present invention, energy conversion loss is reduced and energy efficiency is improved by adding a direct current distribution function to the traditional energy storage and conversion system. Also, the reliability of the power supply is improved by performing a basic UPS function and a function of a system interconnection power generation system through the energy storage device.
