PURPOSE: A composition containing a fermented plant extract is provided to suppress inflammation and cytotoxicity, and to enhance skin moisturization. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anti-inflammation or skin moisturization contains a fermented plant extract as an active ingredient. The fermented plant extract is prepared by mixing and fermenting 10.0-15.0 parts by weight of apples, 4.0-7.0 parts by weight of carrots, 3.0-6.0 parts by weight of radishes, 3.0-6.0 parts by weight of cabbages, 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of celeries, 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of cucumbers, 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of bananas, 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of onions, 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of burdocks, 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of spinaches, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of oranges, 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of tomatoes, 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of bean sprouts, and 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of autumn squashes. |
