The present invention relates to a method for identifying Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. begonia and, more specifically, to a method for identifying Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. begonia by confirming the base of 23S rRNA that is separated from a sample. By means of the method for identifying Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. begonia of the present invention and a probe for identifying Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. begonia, Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. begonia can be effectively identified from the genus Xanthomonas. |
