A system for personal health information management using smart phone NFC of the present invention comprises: a sensor unit attached to a human body to measure health information data; a sync node unit collecting health information data through data communication from the sensor unit, and transmitting the collected data to a smart phone through an NFC interface; a smart phone application transmitting the health information data to a database server via a web server, requesting data search through the web server, transmitting ID and password for user authentication to a RADIUS authentication client through the web server, and processing SSL encrypted connection; the web server receiving the ID and password for user authentication from the smart phone application to perform authentication through a RADIUS server, and processing data input/output for the database server with respect to the authenticated user; the RADIUS server performing authentication based on a public key in order to authenticate users; and the database server performing data input/output from the authenticated user.
